On this 10 Days unique safari and cultural experience you will get a chance to visit the most incredible places in our beautiful country. These places will give you a unique touch of both cultural and safari experience of the flora and fauna present in Tanzania.
DAY 1: ARRIVE
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be met by a Mau Safaris transfer driver. You will be transferred to your lodge where the remainder of the day is spent at leisure.
Rest in your room, relax in the manicured gardens, enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool or explore Arusha and the surrounding areas on one of our day tours. The choice is yours.

DAY 2&3: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
You will depart Arusha in the morning and head to Tarangire National Park, arriving before midday.
Once in the park, you will be able to enjoy both a morning and afternoon game drive with a delicious lunch in the afternoon. In the early evening, after your game drive, you will return to your luxury Tented Lodge in karatu for dinner & overnight at Baghayo Suite / Marera Valley.
DAY 4: LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK
After some breakfast, you will be Pick up from Lodge, meet your professional driver tour guide, who will drive you to Lake Manyara National Park for a Morning game viewing.
Lake Manyara is home to giant Fig trees, Acacia woodlands, Mahogany trees and grassy flood plains. The contrasts of this area are simply breathtaking, with the open plains, huge escarpment, Soda Lake, dense woodlands, and distance volcanic peaks.

Animals such as Lions, Elephants, Hippos, Impalas, Giraffe, Warthog, Wildebeest, Blue monkeys, Buffaloes, Dik Dik, e.t.c can be seen.
This Park is also home to the famous tree climbing lions and Leopards.
Lake Manyara National Park provides the perfect introduction to Tanzania’s birds life with over 400 species having been recorded within the parks boundaries. Highlights include pink-hued Flamingos, Herons, Storks and Pelicans.
After Game drive you drive to Mto wa Mbu for local activities like village walk, Biking through farms, manyara Canoeing also the lunch will be local food at Mto wa mbu.

DAY 5: LAKE NATRON
After breakfast you will drive to Lake Natron that is wild and remote. It is situated at the base of Africa’s only active volcano, Oldoinyo Lengai, which is known as the Mountain of God to the local Maasai people. The area around Lake Natron contains some of the most harsh and amazing scenery in Africa. It is utterly breathtaking for those clients who choose to travel off the beaten path.
Afternoon you will drive to the lodge for lunch Together with your guide, you will be accompanied by a local Maasai guide proceed with tour and walk up to the Engero Sero Waterfalls. Winding up through the shady gorge, you will reach a beautiful natural swimming pool surrounded by steep rock walls showered by cascading spring water where you will have the opportunity to swim.

DAY 6: LAKE NATRON
Lake Natron is one of the most alkaline lakes in the world. Home to millions of tiny crustaceans, the lake is a haven for literally thousands of flamingos and it is one of the most important flamingo breeding grounds on earth. It is the landscape rather than the animals that is the attraction here. The area around the lake is dry, desolate and hauntingly beautiful.
After breakfast, you will walk out across the baked mud to the shores of the great soda lake. From here, you can look back at the mesmerizing view of Oldoinyo Lengai standing tall amongst the rolling hills and flat plains. Its ash-grey color will remind you that this is still an active volcano.
After lunch, you will travel back to Karatu where you will spend the night at Luxury Tented Lodge.

DAY 7&8: CENTRAL SERENGETI
After breakfast we head towards the Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see.
We head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. We arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti National Park.

DAY 9: NGORONGORO
Today your safari will begin by 9AM in the morning and you will head out for a short game drive in the Serengeti after a good breakfast. After completing a half day game drive along with a picnic lunch, we will branch out and head towards the Ngorongoro crater rim. The 75 km drive to Ngorongoro Crater rim will take about 2.5 hrs, with mild game action to see on the way.
The crater is one of Africa’s impressive geological attraction and supreme mecca of wilderness. The eventful day comes to an end with a heavy dinner and a good rest in your tented lodge at Marera View Lodge / Baghayo
DAY 10: LAKE EYASI – ARUSHA
After an early morning breakfast, you depart for your cultural tour with the hadzabe community. This is your day with typical cultural tribe and engage in real hunting together. It is a tribe of hunters and collectors, which formerly inhabited the Serengeti, but was forced away by stronger and more aggressive tribes. The Hadzabe live in traditional ways, hunting game such as dik-diks and collecting honey.
Their huts are simple, built in a few hours and as easily abandoned. Like another people of hunters and collectors, the San tribe of the Kalahari in southern Africa, the Hadza speak a click language. After hunting and engagement with the tribe, you depart for arusha with a stop for your lunch on the way. Later evening your drive back to Arusha.
We will drop of Kilimanjaro International Airport to flight to Zanzibar or back to home
