This 4 day safari allows you to experience the highlights of the Northern Safari Circuit in lodge and tented camps. You will experience breathtaking wildlife in the midst of diverse landscapes;lions in trees, elephants amongst acacias, and a huge variety of animals inside a collapsed volcano.
You will visit Serengeti National Park, home to over 3 million animals. These spectacular grass plains offer the best opportunity of viewing cheetah, leopard, lion, and much more.
DAY 1: ARRIVE
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be met by a Mau Safaris transfer driver. You will be transferred to your lodge where the remainder of the day is spent at leisure.
Rest in your room, relax in the manicured gardens, enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool or explore Arusha and the surrounding areas on one of our day tours. The choice is yours.
Dinner and Overnight: Planet Lodge / Forest Hill Hotel
DAY 2: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
You will depart Arusha in the morning and head to Tarangire National Park, arriving before midday. Once in the park, you will be able to enjoy both a morning and afternoon game drive with a delicious lunch in the afternoon.
In the early evening, after your game drive, you will drive to the Marera view hotel / Farm of Dream hotel for dinner & overnight
DAY 3: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
Depart Tarangire in the morning after a hearty breakfast and make your way to the famous Serengeti National Park. En-route to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and have a chance to see some views of Ngorongoro Crater before reaching the Serengeti’s gate.
After lunch, you will head out on an afternoon game drive for the chance to look for some of the wild game before sunset.
Dinner and Overnight: Tanzania Bush Camp Tented Lodge
DAY 4: NGORONGORO CRATER – ARUSHA
After some breakfast, you will depart the Campsite with a picnic lunch and descend into the amazing Ngorongoro Crater. Explore the magnificent world of diversity that lies within, surrounded by the imposing walls that encircle the reserve.
It is possible to see all of Africa’s big five within the crater among a vast array of other wildlife including hundreds of bird species. Enjoy a full day in the crater before departing for Arusha in the late afternoon for Dinner and Overnight.
