FULL ITINERARY
DAY 1: DAR ES SALAAM TO SELOUS
Pick up from your hotel in Dar es Salaam and drive with packed lunch to Ruaha, one of Tanzania’s best kept secrets.
The drive to Ruaha is a long stretch, about 9 hours, but is truly fascinating and gives you a real feel of the African country side. Overnight at a tented campsite / lodge..
DAY 2: SELOUS
After breakfast, 2 activities of choice: Full day game drive or half day game drive or walking safari or boat safari. Overnight at Sand Rivers Selous on FB Basis
DAY 3: SELOUS TO RUAHA
After breakfast, transfer to Airstrip to fly to Ruaha. On arrival, one activity with lunch box: half day game drive. Overnight at Kigelia Ruaha Camp on FB Basis.
DAY 4: RUAHA NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, Full day game drive with lunch box or half day morning game drive & return back for hot lunch & finish with late afternoon game drive. Overnight at Kigelia Kigelia Ruaha Camp on FB Basis.
DAY 5: RUAHA TO KATAVI
After breakfast, transfer to Airstrip to fly to Katavi. Overnight at Chada Katavi on FB Basis.
DAY 6&7: KATAVI
After breakfast, Full day game drive with lunch box or half day morning game drive & return back for hot lunch & finish with late afternoon game drive. Overnight at Chada Katavi on FB Basis.
DAY 8: KATAVI TO MAHALE
After breakfast, transfer to Airstrip to fly to Mahale. Upon arrival, transfer to Greystoke Mahale for overnight on FB Basis.
DAY 9 – 11: MAHALE
Activities. Overnight at Greystoke Mahale on FB Basis.
DAY 12: MAHALE TO DAR ES SALAAM
Drive back to Dar then fly back to home END OF TRIP.
