Five days allow the journey to breathe — from Tarangire and Ngorongoro to the open plains of the Serengeti.
Depart from Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a game drive through the park before continuing to your accommodation for the evening.
Continue exploring Tarangire before travelling towards the Karatu area. The route moves through changing landscapes towards the highlands surrounding the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full day of wildlife viewing. The crater's dramatic walls and rich wildlife make this one of the defining experiences of Northern Tanzania.
Depart the Karatu area and continue towards the Serengeti. Enter the park and begin experiencing its vast open plains, wildlife and changing landscapes.
